Yesterday we laid Charles, one of our Ugandan teachers, to rest. It was a hard day, but what a blessing it was to sing with my girls at the funeral. We will meet again, Someday!
I arrived in Soroti today! It is such a joy to be home with my children and my Ugandan family! I recorded my arrival on the property today as they ran to greet me and I began to love on my children who I have missed so much. Such a priceless and precious moment that I will never forget.
As I sit on this plane ready to leave the USA I have to stop and thank all my friends, family, and churches for loving on me for the past 8 months of furlough. I'm very thankful for all the encouragement and reconnections! When I think I'm done shedding tears a few more come down. I could start naming people, but I would forget someone, so you know who you are...and I want to say thank you for loving me and I love and miss y'all. Family, please hug everyone at the reunion for me! I'm one blessed girl! Until we meet again!
This is hard to post! Little Matthew is home with Jesus! Thank you for your prayers. Please pray for his family, especially his twin brother, Mark. Heaven is going to the more than my mind can think!
