New truck!!! Thank you for all who gave!
I’m finally home.
My reunion with Nathan
My Ateso Name is Amuge and now I have a namesake in my neighborhood.
Newest addition to our neighborhood Bible Club.
Amazing week but sleep sounds amazing about NOW. Pastor Alan met me at one of my schools and gave an awesome devotion. Cleaning and making half-court at blind School. One of the students at the Deaf Centre was not feeling well so she asked if she could learn how to take pictures and videos. She did a great job!
God had opened door after door for a new ministry for me to reach more children here in Uganda. Bible & Basketball is a method the Lord has given in order to get into more schools. I volunteer to teach basketball if they will also allow me to teach the Bible! Praise the Lord for what HE is doing through this new outreach opportunity.
I am currently learning sign language in order to minister at the deaf school here. The Lord has also given the opportunity to teach at the school of the blind. This is certainly a challenge, but the Lord is providing!
Please pray with me for this new area of ministry the Lord has given me.
One of my Bible Club boys used to cry because He was so scared of me. Now he is faithful to church. Praying for my neighborhood to be turned upside for Christ.
After some time in the States with my family for Christmas, I am back in Uganda!
At our First Bible Club of 2018, I thought we would only have around 20 because children are still in the village, but we had 45+! Praise the Lord. We learn a new song, “Oh how I love Jesus” and our story was about Paul and Silas.
Mark and I started Discipleship in January of 2016 then Nathan and then they brought Emma in May of this year. They prayed the sweetest prayer tonight and they already have one each they are praying to disciple in 2018. That’s what it is all about. Amen!! Ezra, Okello, and Connie join them in praying for the ones they want to disciple.
Had the privilege to Disciple this lady for the last six months. She led the singing in Jr. Church a few Sundays ago before I taught. I’ve never been that ready to teach. God has really given her talents to serve Him. Love how God is working.
